I'm writing this review purely to give the biggest thank you in the world to the wonderful staff at this hotel. We had an absolute disaster while on our way home from France. We stayed here and broke down in the car park! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They translated everything for us so we could get the help we needed to get our family home. I can't thank the staff enough for their support during a very difficult and stressful time. Many gracious thank you's from us!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff even more incredible. Thank you!

We came for a birthday brunch. Bad service, poor choice of food, no salmon or scrambled eggs left at 1.30 and told there would not be more. The cheese was unappetizing and obviously straight from the fridge. Cooked food was worse than on a motorway cafe and not well served The ‘glass’ of wine was a quarter of a glass, served after the food (no one to ask). For 47 euros each we were expecting top quality food and not many arrays of pasta and lentil salads with empty serving plates. A huge disappointment

We stayed for a one day meeting. The main lobby area is nice and good for small teams to gather and enjoy. The meeting room was nice. The parc is very nice. The dinner was too poor in qty/set up. The main dish was just cold. We asked to warm it up, it came back kind of warm with the comment that we need to serve ourselves fast! Same comments on qty/set up for the lunch day after but main dish was warm then. The rooms are ok except the tiny window. Ok you spend more time outside than inside your room but still a room with large wall and small window doesnt feel cozy.

No problem only solution

We were travelling from the USA to my native region with our pet a standard french Poddle. The Mercure crew was not only nice and wonderful in handling our reservation but absolutely excellent in accommodating us to be able to appreciate this great stay with our dog.

nice welcoming in a different way not typically desktop process, more like welcome and got the key , ok room . nice bar with good service nice helpfull staff that wanted you to have a nice stay for sure..
