チェックアウトの朝、シンクにペンダントヘッドを落とし、清掃のスタッフに相談した。すぐにパイプを分解してペンダントヘッドを見つけてくれた。このベトナム系スタッフは嫌な顔一つせず、私を助けてくれた。大事なペンダントだったので改めて感謝したい。こちらのスタッフは素晴らしい。心よりありがとう。

It was a young girl with accent , she spoke different languages with the clients i saw her everywhere trying to help clients it was really really incredible her energy. Me and my friend lost our key card for the room and she reallly quick made a new one , she was really running It was 18 decembre , Nantes is beautiful . I loved it !

Comfortable room. Fine staff. WiFi is oké. Restaurant is oké. Perfect located for Flixbus travelers. Enough parkingplaces. It is a pity that they have no tea facility in the room. But why should my comment at least 200?

Great breakfast and location for tramway into city centre. Plenty of free secure parking. Two very large supermarkets within walking distance. Plenty of good restaurants incl Flunch, a self service restaurant and good choice and value. Also Léon de Bruxelles, a great place for Moulles & Frites!!

Internet never worked during my stay at the hotel. impossible to work without internet. And, just have a bath towel and face, if you need to wash your face / teeth after showering you will wipe your face with the wet towel because it only has a towel. hotel is average in rest
