Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your impressions of your recent stay with us. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you encountered during check-in and billing. System reliability and seamless service are fundamental, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused by the technical issues and delays. Your feedback has already been shared with our front office and IT teams to ensure improvements are made. We’re equally concerned to learn that some team members came across as unapproachable. This is not in line with our values or the welcoming atmosphere we aim to create, and we will follow up with our staff to ensure all guests feel genuinely welcomed and respected at all times. Regarding the parking situation, we understand the confusion. While we do offer dedicated hotel parking nearby, the proximity of the casino and shared access areas can cause misunderstandings — particularly for first-time guests. We are currently reviewing how we communicate this better, both before arrival and at check-in. We also acknowledge your point about the smoking area outside the entrance. While this space is not directly under our control, we are aware that it can impact the guest experience, and we are working with our neighboring businesses to find a more suitable solution. On a more positive note, we’re glad to hear that you found the rooms pleasant — though we understand your surprise regarding the single elevator. We recognize that this can be an inconvenience during busy times, and we appreciate your patience. While we're disappointed that your stay left you hesitant to return, we do thank you for your honest feedback — it’s crucial for us to learn where we need to improve. We truly value your observations, and we’re grateful for both your praise and your constructive criticism. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed our prime location between the train station and the Bregenz Opera – it’s certainly one of the great advantages of staying with us during the Festspiele. We're also glad to know that you appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of your junior suite, and that our SPA facilities were a pleasant and unexpected highlight of your stay. That said, we’re truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We understand your frustration with the check-in process and the underutilized ALL loyalty desk. Please accept our apologies – recognizing and rewarding our loyal guests is a priority for us, and it’s clear we missed an opportunity here. Your comments will be shared with the front office team to ensure better implementation of our loyalty program benefits in the future. Regarding the suite, we regret that the view and lack of balcony did not meet your expectations, particularly at this price point. While some of our rooms offer more scenic aspects, we understand that a suite should provide both comfort and ambiance, and we will certainly consider your feedback in future room planning and communication. We are also grateful for your honest input about the breakfast experience. The issue with reserved tables and lack of clarity around the à la carte options is indeed concerning and not reflective of the inclusive and organized atmosphere we strive to provide. We will review this process with our restaurant team to create a fairer and more transparent system for all guests. Your final remark regarding the overall price-to-value ratio is especially important to us. We aim to provide a consistent and high-quality guest experience, and clearly, we have areas to improve.
