Stayed her with a tour. A bit out of the city center. It was a bit warm out but there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Rooms are very small

Breakfast Staff Ruining the Reputation of the Place, Need Customer Service Training

Stayed on three separate occasions as part of an Exp Pat tour. Three different rooms oll on the second floor (much quicker to take the stairs by the way then to wait for the lift as there are heaps of tour groups staying there. Rooms were okay, one really hot on a hot night. No A/C. But other than the rooms themself were fine. Then we have the included breakfast. On the next morning after the first night here, I asked if they could fill a water bottle with tap water when a staff member was just standing at the bar sink area which is next to where breakfast is laid out. They did but told me (pointed) to fill my bottle myself next time. However on the second breakfast (when we returned mid trip) I was told off by a staff member for filling a 200ml water bottle. Not sorry sir you can't do that. Literally yelled at in front of everyone eating there. When I questioned what her issue was, she yelled you have to fill that in your room. Now my room didn't come with any water faucets anywhere other than the toilet and that wouldn't be hygienic. Someone who is working in food service should know that. I mean you wouldn't do food prep in the shower or bathroom sink. Even if she didn't know basic hygiene she should also realise a lot of gusts check out and then eat breakfast before getting on the bus, they can't access their rooms at that stage. My roommate from the first half of the trip was also abused on that day for making a roll with sandwich meats as he didn't have time to sit and eat and was on a long flight home. This is ridiculous as there is no rule told to us or in writing in the room or whatever that you can't make your breakfast to go. And of course there isn't as that would make no sense. These staff need customer service training, to most importantly understand that they are giving a final impression of the hotel that is negative when the guest is leaving. And this is not something a guest is doing that is firstly wrong and even if it was, a small 200ml water bottle of tap water or a bread roll and few pieces of manufactured meat and cheese is not worth losing a potential return customer over. Hotel is easy to get to from the airport by S train then the U train. It is close to two stations, which are about half an hour by train to the old town/Munich HBF, There are supermarkets, cafes and takeaway nearby but no shops at all in the area are open on Sundays.

The entrance was extremely hot Once in room it was dark dinghy and NO AIR CON OR FAN we are here in summer and it is over 30c@ night When asked about air can was told no we don't have it When asked about fans no we don't have them For crying out loud it is 2025 and no a/c or fans Only a window which had a garden outside or should I say a weed patch Mecure/accor are a giant company why be so scabby with air con

Front desk staff Cher, Siyana, and Mohamad were fabulous with our room check-in and questions regarding amenities, restaurant options, and hotel amenities. They guided us to dining choices that meshed wth our dietary needs and wants. They are 5 star staff and are shini g ACCOR employees. Onur Kahranan, in the bar, made our evening with superb options for post dinner drinks. He is the absolute best!  Highly recommend hotel for friendly and accomodating staff that elevate stay beyond the norm . Highly recommend hotel. 5 star experience.

Little nice hotel. Had this time some problems with my room but the staff resolved it immediatly. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately the " weisswurst" was without the "suesser Senf (sweet mustard)" Weisswurst will be eaten with sweet mustard.
