I enjoyed the hospitality, the service, the excellent breakfast and the facility as a whole as for location I would have expected not to have ibis Mercure and Novotel within 200 meters of each other a better selection of location around the city would have been better

Receptionists at the check-in counter need more training on how to greet and deal with customers. e.g. no smile, not enthusiastic enough with customer dealings, very laid back and unwelcoming. Also, I was unable to contact the reception from our room as there was an issue with the phone line. So, I had to walk down to talk to them and made a request to provide some tea bags as there was none provided. Person {a girl} on duty on 7/1/20 evening promised to send me some tea bags to my room but they never arrived. So, I went to reception again on 8/1/20 morning to find a tea bag. Which I thought was unacceptable. Also, a man on duty on 8/1/20 morning was rude and his attitude is abrupt. I organised a hotel pick-up to go to the airport on 8/1/20. Since the pick up time provided by the company was too late, I asked this man if he could call the service provider to change the pick up time. His answer was, "no, absolutely not ( very harshly). This is the time you will be picked up and there is no change to this arrangement", So, I explained to him, since it is an international flight, we needed to be at the airport at least 2 hours earlier and insisted to make a call to the service provider to pick us up earlier. He hesitantly called them and abruptly 'told' me to 'go' and pick up the phone at a corner of the room to talk to the service provider. I was shaken. His attitude was totally unacceptable and his reaction to my polite and reasonable request was way below what a customer would have expected from a receptionist working for a well recognised hotel brand. As a member of the Accor Live Limitless, and a unit owner of the Accor chain in Australia, I found it difficult to ignore this kind of attitude from a staff member who is employed to serve their customers. I regret not talking to him to express my concerns about his behaviour then and there.

部屋はきちんと清掃されていたが、アメニティの数がそろっていなかった。また、室内のランプが切れていたがたまたま隣の部屋に来たフロントスタッフにお願いしたらすぐに取り替えてくれ、大変親切にしてもらった。

Very good stay the only issue should be to improve the wifi in rooms. Breakfast is good enough, may be I¡ll ask for more fruts. The menu for restaurant is a litle short, not many options. The service is very good.

No option to turn heating off and cooling on, I had a terrible night due to the excessive heat and the staff told me that there's nothing that they can do. Terrible smell, breakfast didn't have any taste, old and degraded building, also: do you want to control your shower's temperature? Nope, not here. I won't come again, ever.

The family stay was ok. The room was next to the lifts though we asked for a quiet room. The food not served in the restaurant during the whole day. They serve only snacks, which is not acceptable for a four star hotel.

The hotel was reasonbly comfortable and the staff friendly. Being under the airport fligh path means it is inevitably a little noisy and even with the window closed we were aware of the planes - on getting home we commented on how quiet and peaceful it wasto be back! But the main problem was lack of the promised in-room wifi (it did work in the lobby). We stayed a week and despite daily complaints it was not fixed, Given my stay was for work this was a major inconvenience and it was dissapointing that over the duration of a week no solution could be found. I feel more should have been done to resolve this quickly - even if it meant offering us a different room on a different floor.

Hotel with good location near metro station. Good staff team during check in and check out. Good restaurant and quality of the breakfast. Rooms are satisfaying but deserve a little refresh. Price higher maybe because of professionnal convention in Lisbon on the period.

Judging by the number of people at breakfast, this is a popular hotel and the breakfasts were great. It is about 7 minutes to the nearest metro station, and from there, only a few stops and about 15 minutes to the main attractions in Lisbon. Reception staff varied between those that were warm, helpful and welcoming and those that were less so. The most disappointing thing was that this hotel is on the flight path to the airport - with flights directly over the swimming pool. On the same holiday we also stayed at the Novotel in Schipol airport in Amsterdam which was amazing by comparison and the flight path was much further away.

Arrived late and the pillows were really smelly. Had to get rid of them. Rooms need looked dull and need some do up urgently. While the yellow bus stop is just outside the hotel, not a lot of eating places around. That said a 25 min stroll will take you downtown.

The Hotel is good, with good staff and excellent location. But need some refurbishing to do, like closet doors, bathroom doors. Housekkeping and reception were great, the bar was full, but some of the waiters were new, because they were waiting to telling them what to do. But a good weekend

A bit far from town and room need renovation in particular, the toilet; Front desk is very helpful especially Andrew(if i recall his name correctly); Breakfast however is beyond our expectation in terms of varieties for selection; Would recommend people to visit with cars.

Nice place, good breakfast. There is a fitness room and a small pool, a lot facilities for kids. But, the place is noisy. The hotel is close to the airport and it could be quite noisy on upper floors. The window was very dirty outside. It is impossible to clean it from the inside because of the second window frame, the only way to clean it - from outside

I was a little disappointed with the hotel room. The carpet is old, and the overall look of the room was not very nice. The hotel is defenetely not a 4 star hotel. Another disappointment was with check out. I registered for fast check out and when we went to turn in the keys, they told us they needed to check our credit card again, the check out ended up being a regular check out and it was very slow. One thing I liked at the hotel was the staff at the restaurant, especially the afternoon and evening staff. They were extremely friendly and the service was very good.

Convenient location (underground station 5 minutes away) and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are oviously very clean, staff absolutely friendly. The restaurant is more than OK and the prices (both restaurant and hotel itself) very measured.

Stayed for a night at the end of a business trip to Lisboa. Standard property. Nothing exceptional. Service standards could have been better specially the over priced restaurant. The time to check-in was very long - suggest online check-in.
