Dear MauriceVe, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experince in our hotel. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The size of the room is a standard for the Ibis group. They can't big any bigger nor smaller. Concerning the smell in the room an issue can occur sometimes. Next time you face such a situtation do not hesitate to ask the reception desk for a change fo rooms. About the breakfast we take your remarks into account, we are very sorry for ypur experience. Dear KristinePupola, we discover your message. Are you sure you stayed at Ibis Lyon Nord(Ibis Red), because we couldn't find your reservation. In any case if any problem at our hotel do not hesitate to contact the reception 24h/24 7j/7 dail 9 and our Smileteam will try to find a solution. Our breakfast is a buffet with lot of choice. If any request check with our team, sometiems we have to cok again some croissants, breads or chocolate breads. Hope to see you on your next trip. The SmileTeam
