Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your stay. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location opposite the train station, the proximity to the historic city centre, and the surrounding restaurants and cafés. We are also glad that you found the bathroom clean and recently renovated, as well as appreciated the fresh orange juice offered at breakfast. We are sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the room, particularly the carpet and sofa bed, have been shared with our housekeeping team so that extra attention can be given to these areas. We also take note of your suggestions concerning the breakfast selection and the inclusion of more local and fresh products. Finally, we regret that the welcome and farewell from our team did not feel as warm as expected. Providing a friendly and attentive service is very important to us, and we will remind our team of the importance of maintaining a welcoming attitude with every guest.
