Old. I think this is the best way to describe it. The pool looks ok when you arrive, but the rooms are really “used”. The staff is nog really friendly when arriving. We were told 2 times that it was 1 double bed.. yes we are 2 men… 2021.. Mold in the shower and on the tiles. I think it’s time for some updating. Positive to mention: when checking out, the staff was really friendly.

This Ibis hotel is a bit remote from Roanne. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to COVID19 (some hotels still manage to open their pool with reservation). One morning, they served outdated yogurts for breakfast but quickly removed them after being notified.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is located 10 minutes drive from the town center where the majority of the restaurants are. Unfortunately we did not like the town but was a good stop on our route.

It is an Ibis, but very correct one

It started with a bad experience ( very bad smoke smell in my room ), but after complaining , i got another room. There was no parking left ( extra meeting ), but otherwise nice pool, room typical Ibis, clean, and the food at the restaurant was correct. Very friendly staff

Everything is well thought and almost perfect there. Starting with the staff and finishing with the breakfast which is in an extra option but really worth its money. It even has an outdoor swimming pool - I'd be glad to go back there in summer!
