Here for two nights with a friend. Location is great for the airport, except their shuttle doesn’t run on the weekends, the restaurant was not open for dinner and the elevator was broken. Thank goodness we had a room on the first floor with our luggage. The pool was dirty, the sauna doir broken with tissues, strolling around. The grass was not cut, the furniture stained, The beds were comfortable. They had a Nespresso machine which actually worked. Unless you have a real deal on this place, this is not a deal !!

Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions concernant les points que vous mentionnez : Le service navette ainsi que la fermeture du restaurant certains soirs sont indiqués sur notre site, afin que nos clients puissent organiser leur séjour en connaissance de cause. Concernant l’ascenseur, la panne était indépendante de notre volonté. Pour limiter les désagréments, nous avons privilégié l’attribution de chambres au rez-de-chaussée et au premier étage afin d’éviter trop de marches à nos clients avec bagages. Vos observations sur la piscine, le sauna et l’entretien extérieur ont été transmises à nos équipes de maintenance et de nettoyage pour amélioration. Nous attachons une grande importance à la qualité et à la propreté de nos installations, et votre retour contribue à renforcer notre vigilance. We often stay at the Pullman Blagnac and usually have dinner and breakfast (if our flight isn’t too early) there. The rooms are still in excellent condition although they haven’t been updated in a while. It’s worth the upgrade to a superior room as there are bathrobes, slippers and you get a Nepresso machine instead of instant coffee. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly! The front desk team: Gregory, Claudia and Pascal always greet you with big smiles. The biggest change however was the restaurant. In the past the food has always been good but our meals were outstanding! Both meals were creative, well presented and just delicious. To us the restaurant has become an even better reason to come back to the Pullman.

We had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon. Pullman hotel is conveniently located just a 10 minutes walk from the airport although they have a shuttle service every 30 minutes except for the weekends. The hotel has some free stuff such as parking, wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, a gym and water dispenser machine(including sparkling water) Breakfast is good with everything you need to start your day. Highlight is the staff members. At front desk Claudia, Jean Marc, Richard, Lorraine and the others will make you feel at home. During breakfast guest will encounter the good energy of Alice and her contagious smile every morning. Highly recommend to anyone specially if you are going to Airbus which is ridiculously close by.
