We only stayed one night and we were upgraded to a room with a sort of view 2 welcome drinks and they thru breakfast in as well. The Hotel is old but the room was decent and the location was fantastic, Car parking was a pain because the old car park was closed and finding the underground parking was a bit of a pain

This hotel unfortunately is dated and does not appear clean the carpets are all dirty and in the room was very heavily stained and would appear to have been cleaned with bleach when we arrived we noticed dirty cups with dried coffee and cigarette ends on the balcony when reported to reception we were told that as no cleaning staff were available they would not it and have it cleaned the next morning On our second day a decorative throw appeared on the bed and fancy pillows which makes me think the room was not cleaned prepared before we arrived as on the last day packets of soap was left Be very careful with the shower as there is a very deep step out of the shower and is very slippery the bathroom is very modern a pity the rest of the hotel and bedrooms don’t follow the same modernisation There is a constant hum from six motors under the bedroom windows Breakfast is basic no fruit and when items are gone they are not refilled breakfast is also over priced This hotel needs a complete make over and staff need to be more friendly

This Mercure is in very bad condition. The rooms are poorly equipped and very run down with broken fittings and worn out carpets. The breakfast is very poor and the coridors dark and dingy. I have stayed at much better hotels in town for very little more money and I would not stay at this one again.

The Happy Sharing Company visiting the Thermes of the Domes once more staying at Mercure Hotel Thermalia. Enjoying his room with Kitchenette and stay after a perfect Welcome by Reception desk. Delicious Meals proposed on the Menu the Hotel offers the flexibility and proximity to the Thermes of the Domes. Loads of Activities as Aquagym Sauna Hamman Jacuzzi next doors and located close to The Callou Thermes. I wonderful Service everyone very friendly from the cleaners to maintenance staffs and director. A marvelous stay and recommended as close to the Hall of Sources, and of Courses requires some little Renovations of carpets but holds a Schindler lift and wonderful personnel. A Figaro news paper available and Bar such as lobby and direct access to the Thermes of the Dômes. Very happy once more after my stay and Cure. The Happy Sharing Company Sir Frog recommends the MERCURE Hotel Thermalia for it's Staffs and convenience to discover VICHY.

Confortable reception, good sized room, clean, parking on premises. Only critical remark: I have now experienced already in two Mercure hotels that instead of a normal sized desk a much smaller substitue is provided, which do not find practical.
