Very pleasant stay , staff very nice and helpful. Definitely will come back when in Toulouse. Simple but good breakfast , room clean , and the location of the hotel is very good to reach the town center and very close from the airport !!! Quiet and clean !!!!

Will never stay at an Accor group hotel again if possible. Stayed in plenty of Accor group hotels outside of France (Cambodia/Thailand/Philippines/Germany/Belgium and so on) but will never stay in one of their hotels again. Pre authorization amount is ridiculous if you spend more than 3 weeks in France in Accor group hotels although the room has been paid in advance and is not refundable. Airco not working when outside temperature is above 35 degrees Celsisus, and plenty of other negative aspects too.

ogle Firstly, upon arrival and check in, we were told that we had not booked breakfast, we had. I had to show my confirmation and was told that it has miraculously just shown up. We booked a non smoking room and were given the keys. When we entered the room it was apparent that someone had indeed been smoking. I reported it to reception and we had to move to a different room. The quality of clean in this room left a lot to be desired , but we had driven for 9 hours and just needed to eat and sleep , so we let it go. Having booked what we thought was a decent room , that advertised bathrobes, sippers and a mini bar, the room had none of these. Having decided on a quick meal, we went to the restaurant and saw a table with a meal of burger and fries , to be honest, not my usual choice but it looked good and would be quick. The waitress arrived and I placed my order, to be told no, it was a child’s meal. I said I was happy to pay the difference. It didn’t get me anywhere, so we ordered a club sandwich and fries. It arrived 25 minutes later, was cold, soggy and was extremely unsatisfying. We left half and went to bed. We had decided that we would not complain at the hotel but would write a letter when we returned home. The receptionist asked upon checkout if everything was ok, I said no but we would be writing to the hotel management. He persisted, so I told him. He kindly credited the breakfast but said that his manager would telephone me to discuss everything, 4 days later we still await the call. This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It most definitely is not. I will be posting this review on google to warn everyone off. I understand Covid has had a massive affect on hotels and I am always eager to support them and give excellent reviews , when deserved. However Covid cannot be blamed for what was a disaster of a hotel, with many many issues. I could slightly forgive all this if it was a cheap b&b but as a 4 star charging 149 euros plus 16.50 euros pp for breakfast it was unforgivable. We travel Europe in normal times extensively and it goes without saying we will never use this hotel or group again.

Take a juice pack for your phone, charging very temperamental

Spent a couple of nights here, one recurring theme here is the difficulty in charging devices from the electrical sockets in your room. Sometimes it works for a short period of time, sometimes it doesn’t, no matter which plug you use in your room. It can take an entire night to charge a device. Ridiculous. I’ve experienced it on a previous trip & thought it was my charging cable but both myself and a colleague in a separate room confirmed once again it’s actually the hotel. Take a juice pack if having a charged phone is important to you.

Outstanding Service in unprecedented circumstances

I cannot speak too highly of the management and senior staff of this hotel. My wife and I left our car in the hotel car park when we went on vacation in USA. Because of Covid-19 the hotel had to close down before our return and, in addition, our return was delayed by over 2 months because of the virus and the cancellation of flights. The hotel was still closed down when we eventually returned. As soon as the hotel management under the leadership of Mme Céline CONGE realized that the hotel had to close and that our car was locked up in its car park the Manager of Accommodations, Laetitia PEYRE de LESCURE immediately contacted us by e-mail. She told us not to worry and that they would take good care of our car until our return …. even though the hotel would be closed. In USA we endured 5 cancellations of our return flights. We kept in close contact with the accommodations manager who was an absolute angel, and she continually expressed empathy and constantly reassured us not to worry. As our return approached, the Restaurant Manager Kim TRUONG checked the car tyres, reconnected and recharged the car battery. This was a great burden off our minds. When we returned over 2 month’s late all we had to do after our stressful Covid-19 experience was to phone the Hotel Manager who arranged for us to have access to our car. I have never come across such amazing customer service in my many years of travelling. We have stayed at Novotel many times and have always found pleasant staff. In addition, this is a really great hotel with an airport shuttle service, and I cannot recommend it enough.
