Visiting Swansea - A Guide to the Liberty Stadium

Home of Swansea City Football Club and the Ospreys regional rugby team, Swansea’s Liberty Stadium is the premier venue for conferencing and events in South West Wales.

Whether you’re heading there for an adrenaline-filled afternoon of sports, a private event in a hired space, or an important meeting or exhibition, you can find the answers to all your questions in this handy stadium guide.

The History of Liberty Stadium

The stadium opened its doors in 2005 as home to Swansea City and Ospreys Rugby. Built along with the Morfa Retail Park, Liberty Stadium gave the city a venue to be proud of just a few minutes outside the centre.
As well as frequent home sporting events, the Liberty Stadium often hosts international sporting fixtures and sell-out concerts.

The Liberty Stadium is easy to access by car, bike, or train, though there is no parking available on match days.
