Smiles Terms and Conditions

1. Converting Reward points into Smiles miles

ALL members can convert their Reward points into Smiles miles on the all.accor.com website.
In order to do this they must be a member of the Smiles program.
The transfer can only be made to an account in the Smiles member's name.
The Reward points can then be used in accordance with the Smiles loyalty programme, and members can use them to enjoy all the Reward of the Smiles loyalty programme.
Members must convert their points by multiples of 4,000 Reward points.
4,000 Reward points convert to 2,000 Smiles miles.
Members must request a conversion by connecting to their personal account in the "Manage my ALL Reward points" section.Members are fully responsible for the information entered into the conversion request form. Members are not authorized to convert their Reward points into Smiles miles on behalf of third parties. A maximum of six weeks is necessary to carry out a transfer of points to the destination ALL account. When Reward points are converted into Smiles miles, they are subject to the general conditions of use corresponding to the ALL loyalty programme.

2. Converting Smiles miles into Reward points

Members of the Smiles miles loyalty programme can convert their Smiles miles into Reward points.
In order to do this they must be a member of the ALL program.
The transfer can only be made to an account in the ALL member's name.
The Smiles miles can then be used in accordance with the ALL loyalty programme and members can use them to enjoy all the Reward of the ALL loyalty programme.
Members can convert Smiles miles by multiples of 6,000 only. 6,000 Smiles miles convert to 1,000 Reward points. Members must request conversion by connecting to their personal Smiles miles page. Information supplied by a member for filling out the point conversion form is the sole responsibility of the member. Members are not authorized to convert their Smiles miles into Reward points on behalf of another individual. A maximum of six weeks is necessary to carry out a transfer of points to the destination ALL account. When Smiles miles are converted into Reward points, these latter points are subject to the general conditions of use corresponding to the ALL loyalty programme.
