General Conditions of Use

1.Bookings by ALL members should be made via the following distribution channel:

2.Earn Rewards points and enjoy additional benefits

2.1. Earn Rewards points

ALL members are credited 1 Rewards point for each euro spent (points earned on the total pre-tax invoice) on bookings made via the www.oneparks.fr website.

In order to be credited with the Rewards points linked to a booking, the member must provide their ALL loyalty card number at the time of booking as detailed on the following web page:www.welcome.onepark.fr/all.accor

The ALL card must be valid, and the name on the ALL card must match the name under which the booking is made.

Bookings that are cancelled will not be eligible to earn Rewards points.

2.2. Weitere Vorteile

ALL members will also be able to enjoy other status-related benefits, such as:

  • An SMS confirming their booking
  • Free cancellation
  • Complimentary overstays for ALL Silver, Gold and Platinum members
  • For ALL Silver members: 1-hour complimentary overstay (only at car parks equipped with the Onepark admission control system)
  • For ALL Gold members: 2-hour complimentary overstay (only at car parks equipped with the Onepark admission control system)
  • For ALL Platinum and ALL Diamond members and above: 3-hour complimentary overstay (only at car parks equipped with the Onepark admission control system)A dedicated hotline (+33 1 80 88 96 48) for members with ALL Diamond status and above, giving them direct access to all the OnePark services, available from 11am to 5pm (French time), Monday to Friday.

3.Geographic scope

The partnership applies to all bookings made at Onepark car parks in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands.

4.Claims with Partners

If a member realises that their Rewards points have not been credited to their account within a maximum of six weeks of booking a parking space via www.welcome.onepark.fr/all.accor, they should fill in the claim form available on the all.accor.com website, detailing their claim and providing any supporting documents. Claims must be submitted within six months of booking the parking space. For Rewards points to be credited to a member's ALL account, the name on the invoice linked to the claim must be the same as the name printed on the ALL member's card.
