Within the framework of the partnership between ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Giltedge Africa, ALL loyalty programme members can earn Rewards points on travel packages booked directly via Giltedge Africa. In order for Rewards points to be credited to the member’s account, members must provide their ALL card number when booking. The card must be valid and the name on the card must match the name of the member who purchased the eligible travel package via Giltedge Africa.
ALL members will be credited with three Rewards points for every € of their total eligible expenses (excluding taxes) on all travel packages booked directly via Giltedge Africa.
When crediting points, eligible expenses paid in local currencies that fall outside the eurozone will be converted to euros before applying the points. Giltedge Africa will apply the exchange rate to this sum on receipt of the member’s payment in full.
The following expenses are not eligible to earn Rewards points:
Regional or domestic flights
Charter flights
Credit card fees
Giltedge Africa Travel Wallets
Giltedge Africa Courier fees
GE sports bags
Donations to NGOs that Giltedge Africa supports
Gorilla permits
Park entrance fees/conservation fees
Philanthropic cultural tours
Meal or restaurant deposits
Excess baggage charges
Government taxes, service fees and gratuities
Porter services
In order to be eligible, the travel package must have been booked via the Giltedge Africa booking office which is an exclusively English-speaking service. At the end of the trip, Rewards points will be credited to the member’s account within a maximum of six weeks.
If Rewards points have not been credited within a maximum of six weeks following an eligible trip with Giltedge Africa, members can make a claim by completing the claim form available on the all.accor.com website, explaining the reason for their claim and providing the necessary supporting documents. The claim must be made no later than six months after the date of travel.
For Rewards points to be credited, the invoice corresponding to the claim must be in the name of the member making the claim.
