ALL LOYALTY PROGRAMME - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PARTNERSHIP WITH CLUBOPINIONS

1.List of participating countries

Rewards points can be earned in the following countries: Brazil, Australia, China, Germany, the United States.

2.Earning Rewards points

For members based in Brazil, Australia, China, Germany and United States: Classic ALL members are credited 300 Rewards points for participating in their first ClubOpinions survey. Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond status and above members are credited 600 Rewards points for their first survey.

Afterwards, each new survey validated by ClubOpinions will allow members to be credited with
Rewards points based on the following scale:

• - 25 Rewards points for participating in a short survey.
• - 50 Rewards points for participating in a longer survey.

For members based in the UK, France and Canada: Classic ALL members are credited 300 Rewards points for participating in their first ClubOpinions survey. Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond status members are credited 500 Rewards points for participating in their first survey.

Afterwards, each new survey validated by ClubOpinions will allow members to be credited with Rewards points based on the following scale:

• - 25 Rewards points for participating in a 0-29 minutes survey.
• - 50 Rewards points for participating in a 30+ minutes survey.

To earn Rewards points, members must join the ClubOpinions programme and enter their ALL card number into their personal account on the ClubOpinions site.

A maximum of six weeks is necessary for the transfer to the ALL beneficiary account to become effective. Once the ClubOpinions points are converted into Rewards points, the latter will be subject to the ALL loyalty programme's general terms and conditions of use.
