We have stayed at this hotel dozens if times. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfy. The staff in the hotel and in the restraunt are brilliant - very friendly and helpful.

The purpose of our stay was to visit the Giants Causeway & surrounding area, the location of the IBIS was very convenient. Family room was very comfortable, good breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant on one evening. Food was just OK and the service was very slow. Staff all very friendly especially at reception.
