Three staff were booked in to the same room on three consecutive nights. I made the booking on behalf of Rawiri H and Helena M. RH and HM thought the bed was hard. I was perfectly happy with the bed. My only criticism was that the complimentary water bottles were very hard to open for older people! It would have been nice to have had a complimentary biscuit but over all we were comfortable and happy with room/central location. The phone reservation clerk was very helpful. Please note I do not wish this review published as I am writing on behalf of others since I made the booking. (Lynn Burrell)

All the staff are really nice and professional. The room is nice and clean. Some of the connection rooms could clearly hear the noise from the other room. But the stall changed and upgrade the room for us to solve that issue. Hopefully, they will not assign the connection room for two separate customer.
