Good hotel at fine location in Sousse. Nice beach and pools but rooms are ready for renovation. Hotel staff at the reception are kind and friendly but the best inpression made Nour from the gym. She was very nice and professional and she gave her best to help everybody. Hotel has a good Japonese restaurant with chief Ibrahim who is also very nice.

Great hotel, good food, tatsy cocktails, kind service, the guy Salem was the greatest. Kind and nice. His art with towel and rose on the bed is the best for couple. Totally recommend and Salem should get a raise. I hope i will back cause its worth. Salem the best.

Do not be impressed by the out of date photos used to advertise and the flash reception area. This hotel is dated, in need of a total refurbishment. The staff are rude, unhelpful and there is no level of service or attention unless a tip is involved. The dining room is little more than a warehouse canteen and most days we had to go in search of cutlery, cups or a simple glass of water. It actually became a game guessing how many simple items would be missing each meal. Would we have a knife and fork, would we be offered a drink, do you think there may be a clean napkin on offer today!!! The pasta chef used the same spoon in meat and non meat sauces and the food in the buffet area was lacking to say the least. The sun loungers have dirty mattresses and are broken and the pool itself is missing tiles, grubby and I witnessed people tripping over the broken edging on a daily basis. There is a terrible smell from the outside shower and the toilet area by the pool is little more than a porta loo. My advice DO NOT GO!!

This is a place to recommend for summer vacation definitely if you like to have not very crowded and relaxing time. Opposite of most of hotels here that are very crowded, this is really quiet place. All inclusive is really all inclusive as per Tunisian standards. Most of the things work out with tips only. Once you are clear about this, everything will be available for you at any time no matter if you are at the beach, at the pool bar or under the umbrella. The place is extremely clean indeed, although you would probably need to remind or ask the house keeping for some things. The food in the restaurants is always fresh, lots of salats and fruits and sweets. Variety is there and mostly is Mediterranean cucine so quite accessible for us. Again tips works out even for elementary things which sometimes is even annoying because from the hotel status and brand is not expected such thing. However if you arrive earlier or you are leaving later, they will do their best to accommodate you which is amazing and one of the reasons why I recommend this place to everyone.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel, the staff were so happy, friendly and helpful. Our room cleaner was amazing Hannah/flower well that's what we called her was just a ray of sunshine and a massive asset to Movenpick. The breakfast staff, well they made breakfast tbh, it was like a bun fight most mornings, and these were working under stressful times, coffee machines not working, but they were always helpful and happy. Lots of big wigs walking around in suits doing nothing but pointing and putting added stress onto the breakfast staff. Get better coffee machine or even a massive coffee station. Pool staff, well they work extremely hard from the start of day light until pool closes, again a massive asset to this hotel. All the staff remember you and want to help, but without these staff Movenpick wouldn't be the hotel it is, your a lucky hotel to have such amazing staff. Thank you, each of you
