The best thing this hotel has to offer is its view. Some of the hotel feels modern however we found our room to be old and a bit tired. The glass door to the bathroom and between the bathroom and the sleeping area were dirty. There was an open wooden panel under the sink that someone has shoved trash in. The tiles in the bathroom were stained. The hairdryer was very old and kept shutting off due to too much heat. The balcony was not very clean and we were given bath towels with holes. The food was good - great breakfast. The breakfast service was poor. Hard to get a cup of hot coffee and no one to remove our plates after eating. Front desk and bell staff were very friendly and helpful. Needs a bit of work to justify the price and the quality rating.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. We had an amazing time and absolutely loved the hotel! Clean, great amenities, great service and attentive staff. My 1 year old was very comfortable and well looked after by the staff. A special shout out to Sanjhil and Ashish in Turquoise restaurant, who were both superb! Very attentive and always remembered our coffee orders!!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We were booked with breakfast included and their breakfast was fantastic.. everything from traditional English to delicious hams, cheeses, muesli, even Turkish delight and champagne and strawberries all included. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathing area is great with a lovely outdoor door plus you can snorkel or Cliff dive from the hotel grounds or go round the 3 minute walk to the right to bellevue beach Great location for old town as well as only 20 min downhill walk and get the bus back. It surpassed all expectations... only downside is that food and drinks ate z bit pricey but so is most of dubrovnik..

Lovely setting! Very friendly staff. Breakfast was super. Views amazing. We had a wonderful stay. Njegos & Karlo were very hospitable & welcoming. Would stay again! Explore the old city which is a short walk from this hotel. There is a cable car that take you up to beautiful view where you can have a drink or a meal with a spectacular view.

Three of us went to Rixos for a mini break away with friends and we had a fantastic trip! Rixos feels a real luxury and the views from our balcony were incredible. All the staff were attentive and helpful, the facilities were fantastic (use the spa!) and the breakfast especially was such a treat. It’s well placed for a stroll into town and is directly opposite the beautiful Lokrum Island. We can’t wait to come back!
