The swimming pool is a fantastic eye candy, but the functionality could be improved. Water is not warm enough, and the water jets were not always on. At some point I thought it was broken until other guests asked the pool attendant to turn it on. Floors around the swimming pool could be very slippery, and there's no hand rail on the stairs to the charging room. Also they asked us to put off our footwear if we wished to go to the pool. I think it's a bit unusual for 5 stars hotel

Everything about the hotel is top notch. The building, location, architecture, amenities and above all the staff from the reception to the dining area. The breakfast is the best I have ever had. Proper coffee making facilities. Excellent product!

The design and interior of the hotel is so beautiful! The hotel location is very central, and conveniently connected to the Sapa monorail station. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Hiro. If I go to Sapa again, I will stay in Hotel de la Coupole again.

All spacious balconies or restaurant and bar on the 10 floor where one can view Sapa's landscape, town square, or hotel courtyard. High end experience in Sapa. We arrived from Hanoi at 4 am. We booked another hotel to spend a couple of hours until check in time, long story short, we end up arriving at Hotel de La Coupole at 5 am because previous hotel was a nightmare. We first met Ms Nga at the front desk, we was nice and friendly, even gave us an early check in, big THANK YOU NGA, you made our day! Then we met Ms Hannah, she gave us information about Sapa and places to visit. She has a big smile, excellent customer service. She’s an asset to this hotel! Thank you Hannah. If I ever come back, it’s because of the excellent customer service. See you anytime Nga and Hanna

One of the most amazing hotels we’ve ever been to. From the exemplary customer service to the out-of-this world design of the building, it will be genuinely difficult to find another hotel that’s this good.
