Just amazing. The hotel is a beautiful graceful structure with splendid swimming pools and grounds. The rooms/bathrooms are spacious and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. We had a balcony suite which was large and lovely. We dined in both restaurants and enjoyed the delicious local cuisine. We spent a lot of time in the Elephant Bar (eating and drinking) and were treated so well by the staff there, especially Jason. He was so interesting to talk to and took extra care with our drinks. He is a real asset to the staff. Everyone at the hotel was very hospitable and always smiling. We could not have had a more perfect stay. The staff anticipated every need and filled it BEFORE being asked. It is not enough to rank it a “10 “ but I think an “11” would be better!

Beautiful older colonial style building. Another oasis of calm in SE Asia amid the hustle and bustle. Wonderful rooms, very redolent of the bygone era they aim to hit. Pillow menu great, wonderful food and service - the spa was very welcome... My colleagues stayed at naga world but this was bliss and allowed me to sleep and focus on my work.

I had the most remarkable experience at The Raffles Hotel Le Royal. I stayed in this hotel on business for 7 days, and the staff was impeccable. They learned my name and immediately catered to my needs. The breakfast which was included was always amazing. My favorite dish was the dim sum basket. I will stay in this property every time I come to Phemn Penh. They made me feel like family.

Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh: Always a 5-Star-Plus Delight!

On any visit to Phnom Penh, my choice of hotel is automatic: Raffles Le Royal. From reception desk hospitality to guest room comfort/leanliness to relaxing hotel spa to spacious swimming pools, all is maintained at a five-star-plus level. Plus, the entire staff could not be nicer nor more professional. I spent 4 nights there in September and was delighted at every turn. I’ll recommend Raffles’ The Elephant Bar for entertaining. I will also call out the dining room for consistently super service and excellent breakfasts. My favorite? Pancakes, as whipped up by chef Sifa Coi. While I’m sure her culinary talents extend far and wide, I always compliment Sifa on making the best pancakes in Southeast Asia. Au kun cheraown (thank you very much) to the entire team at Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh. See you again just as soon as I can.

Fine dining from a bygone era

Myself and my daughter were the only ones in the restaurant.. this is surprising because it is definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in .. we had tuna and the salmon tartar which was created at the table for us . Then we shared a main course of lobster ancor with crepe Suzette (also created at the table for us ) to finish. The two staff serving us were attentive, friendly and always smiling, especially Pisey Khorn.. we will definitely be back to experience fine dining from a bygone era..
