I had an amazing time on 15th September at Pullman Marjan Island Ras Al Khaimah! Isuru made us feel very comfortable with his customer service! He always served us with a smile and made sure we got some amazing food and drinks and even though it was busy, he was so fast!

Travellers be aware of Hotel location on the building site known as Marjan Island.

We spent 10 nights at this hotel at the beginning of September. We were not informed by our travel company or the hotel of the major works that are ongoing around this hotel. (& will be until at least 2027) Future travellers please make yourselves aware of this before you book/travel. These works are very substantial (The Wyn Casino & 1000 bed Hotel costing $2Billion) is in development and will not be completed until 2027. Another new large hotel being built adjacent to the Pullmans beach area, whilst we were present they were clearing the land and building foundations (piling), this meant, for us, that the use of the beach was not an option due to noise, dust etc. The dual carriageway (that you need to cross to get to the beach) is under significant works and is the main & only route of access for lorries & building materials etc. for the Wyn Casino & Hotel development. We were on an all inclusive package and had to use the main buffet restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Quality of this buffet overall was poor (& certainly not 5 star standard). Some elements of the buffet were good, however the main hot element of each meal was of poor quality (cheaper cuts of meat, stews, fish....species unknown etc.) and were invariably not kept at an appropriate temperature. They were luke warm at best, even when just replenished from the kitchen. Management were informed on numerous occasions however nothing changed during our stay. (We generally avoided this element of the buffet). On a couple of occasions food was prepared separately for us (cheese burgers & arabic meat meze) In our opinion the all inclusive package was very basic (especially the drinks). As we did not wish to use the beach due to the proximity of the building works we used the main pool. Pool furniture was of a poor standard and had seen better days however the main issue we had was that there was no shade, umbrellas are not generally available. In temperatures of 35C plus I would have thought this a necessity. We did find one umbrella that was being used to keep the lifeguard in the shade however the hotel did allow us to use it during our stay. The weekend we were there was very busy & put a significant strain on the hotels food facilities in that they could not keep up with demand availability of seating, provision of food & clearing tables. We complained about the amount and effect of the building works surrounding the hotel (& particularly the beach area) and the hotel did give us a complimentary dinner (food free, pay for any alcohol) in the hotels a la carte Lebanese restaurant. The quality of this meal was excellent and put to shame the food that was being served in the main buffet restaurant. Whilst this is a registered 5 star hotel it was not up to the standards of other similar hotels we have stayed at, over many years, in this part of the world. On a positive the hotel rooms were spacious & well equipped and housekeeping did a great job. Would I go back? No. Not at the moment. May look again in the latter part of 2027! Have been surprised by the many positive reviews on this site for this hotel. In my opinion they do not reflect our poor experiences on our 10 day vacation.

We understand how important comfort is, especially in warm climates, and we are reviewing options to improve. It’s a wonderful day . The Pullman hotel is a big and the hotel have good facilities and good staff .The hotel have 7 restaurants and very very testy food so many Itam have . The housekeeping staff they clean my room everyday and they change my aminities everyday good quality thanks to housekeeping jitu for help us

The housekeeping is a great staff they clean my room everyday and they change linen everyday. And they change everything amninites .and towel also .I recommend everyone come and stay this hotel .really you enjoyed and this hotel have a good facilities thanks to housekeeping jitu
