Great Stay But!!

Very nice hotel in great location, also nice bar and restaurant with great views. The room and parking was also great. However the front rooms are above the reception and hear the VERY LOUD front door automatically opening EVERY time it opens. Members of a separate gym in the basement start entering the hotel from 5 am! The clunking of the gym equipment can also be heard in your room! Generally the staff were very sympathetic but didn’t know about the door noise until I pointed it out. Stay away from the front rooms.

top location, very spacious rooms,confortable bed, clean,very quiet, friendly staff good AC...I would have given 5 stars but gave only 4 because of the bath room no bench, no glasses to rinse your mouth no toilet brush, the bathroom was a fair size, good breakfast and good coffee....we will be back

Worst Overnight Stay Ever

What was meant to be a mini trip away from Sydney, wasn't. There was a large airconditioning vent outside our room which kept us awake most of the night. No ocean view, just houses. Not worth the $430+ per night. On plus side, the room itself was very nice and close to everything.

Outstanding friendly receptionists and suprising welcome. The view from the room was amazing. Gym was convenient with proper classes to try. Super happy stay.

Wheelchair accessible Queen room

We stayed in a lovely, queen wheelchair accessible room for two nights - Room 223, with a view of the harbour. The location was very convenient - just a 5 min walk/wheel to the main street & restaurants, and 1km on concrete pathway to the Kiama blowhole. A bonus was the onsite undercover, complimentary carpark (2.0m height clearance), with 2 wheelchair bays near the lifts, and complimentary bottle of wine! The room had ample room next to the left hand side of the bed (which was approx. 24" high) to park a wheelchair. The bathroom was large and fully accessible standards compliant with a left hand transfer wheelchair height toilet. The discoloured, old toilet seat could do with replacing.
