My stay with Sofitel was a very comfortable and enjoyable one. The room was spacious and clean, and even had a free mini bar that keeps getting replenished! What stood out the most for me was the excellent service and attention to the needs of their guests! Sofitel's staff were very friendly and were always eager to extend help. I would definitely recommend Sofitel to everyone!

This is a huge luxury property in the heart of Phnom Penh. Set back from the roads, you escape from the business of the city. A welcome drink was offered, as the check-in process was smooth and trouble-free. As a gold Accor member, we were upgraded free-of-charge to a junior suite. Highly impressive space, with a separate study/lounge area; quite possibly the biggest bed in the world; walk-through wardrobe space into a large bathroom. Excellent value room, considering the upgrade. These service details caught my attention: - Welcome drink (as mentioned) - Drink voucher for the lobby bar - Bags of local snacks as a welcome gift in the room - Water bottles - Complimentary mini bar (non-alcoholic) - Housekeeping would tidy up all charging cables with cable-ties - Housekeeping cleaned my sunglasses and left a Sofitel cleaning cloth for them The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've experienced, with something for everyone. Highly recommend the noodle bar. Everything is done large at this property, as the restaurant is expansive - no crowding at the buffet tables. Location is excellent. Medium size shopping centre is next door with good mix of retail and food. A "Grab" will get you anywhere, and it's only 10 min to the waterfront. This is a great hotel - would stay here again. Thank you to the hotel team for the awesome service.

Sofitel Phnom Penh is wonderfully service when you enter. And especially Fuluzu Chinese Restaurant is great service with smile and smooth,especially Dany, kimheang will keep you in smooth, comfortable, and satisfied for your in mealtime.

Exceptional F&B Service by an extremely courteous staff

This is an aging hotel that will require some serious refurbishment to bring upto an international Sofitel standard. But that does not take away from the quality of its F&B service staff at its Italian restaurant Do Forni which doubles as a breakfast venue in the morning. As my wife as a number of food intolerances including gluten and lactose, Chef Bonlork, was able to provide a delicious Risotto with goat cheese. On a subsequent day he made an even more scrumptious gluten free pizza. The breakfast team led by Kimlay, Kunthea and Pisth provided care, courtesy and hospitality that went beyond all our expectations. They need to be commended for their attention to detail and for ensuring that our restaurant experience was memorable. We would perhaps stay elsewhere but be back at Do Forni and the Hachi restaurant (which was equally very good) just for the meals and the service.

We won’t forget those delightful experience what we received at Sofitel Phnom Penh while our family gathering in this year, even we did last minute room booking. The Reservation Manager Mr. Ly Ngykong did well to fulfil our booking and all our family plans to be happened. The rooms, welcoming, turn down service, the foods at restaurants – Do Forni, Fu Lu Zu, Pool Bar, and all of your attentive services would touched and felt warmth to us. Our celebration at Fu Zu Lu - foods & service fantastic! Thank you very much to you all! See you next time.
