I stayed here for 2 nights after checking out at a horrific hotel, and I’m so glad I did. The Pullman did not disappoint the service was fantastic the rooms were amazing. If I had know about this hotel sooner I would have been there ASAP! I highly recommend the Pullman. If ever go to Delhi this is the place to stay fabulous food hotel swimming pool and service. You cannot go wrong! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

A few days before we arrived our agent specifically asked for a packed breakfast as on checkout we were leaving at 5am to go to the airport. When we arrived we checked this again and gave them specific items we wanted for our 5am packed breakfast. 5am no breakfast!! Honestly, a 5* hotel and they can't even organise a packed breakfast!! We're back again in a few days before we return home to the UK. We may need a packed breakfast again. What do you think our chances of getting one are??

Mr. Vikki from Housekeeping Department is very helpful n proactive. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and sanitized. Change of room for specific view was also done by Mr. Vikki with smile and extended great hospitality experience. I stayed here for just two nights after couple of years that too in pandemic, initially was worried about stay however Had wonderful stay ❤❤🌷🌷
