너무 잘 쉬었다가 왔습니다. 후쿠오카에서 지내는 4박 5일 동안 가장 만족한 호텔이였습니다. 이번에 아이들이랑만 가서 다음에는 부모님 모시고 꼭 가고 싶은 호텔이 였습니다

I sincerely apologize for any disappointment regarding the benefits. Upon checking the room, we have changed your accommodation from the Japanese-style room on the mountain side to the sea view superior twin room, which was renovated in 2024, but I am truly sorry that we could not meet your expectations. I will take each of your concerns seriously and strive to improve. I would be grateful if you could consider staying with us again despite this experience. We look forward to welcoming you back. 라운지에 의자가 적고, 뷔페가 너무 많은 인원으로 붐비는 점은 아쉬웠다. 온천과 방이 쾌적하게 관리되어 만족스러운 숙박이었다. 요청사항에 대한 응답도 빨랐다.

We are very happy that you were satisfied with the large public bath and the hot spring open-air bath. The area around the hotel is full of colorful nature in each of the four seasons, and there are many attractive spots such as "castle town" and "hot springs", so if you have the opportunity, please come to Grand Mercure Beppu Bay Resort & Spa again. Platinum 멤버에 대한 예우가 전혀없었으며 준비조차 되어있지 않았음. 체크인시 처음에 아침이 포함되지 않았다고해서 platinum 멤버라고 밝히고 조식은 포함되었다고 내가 밝힘 즉 내가 멤버인지 아닌지 전혀 알고있지도 않았으며 그 어떤 혜택도 없었던것 같음 단체 관광객이 너무 많아서 식당이 너무 복잡하고 어수선함 개인적인 여행은 피해야 할곳
