플래티넘 멤버인 것을 전혀 인지하지 못해서 불편했다. 조식을 추가할 것인지 묻고, 웰컴 드링크에 대한 안내도 해주지 않았다. 리모델링된 방이지만 냄새가 났다. 엘리베이터는 타려는 사람은 많고 속도는 느렸다. 조식 부페는 동선 관리도 안 되고 메뉴를 찾는 데 어려움이 있었다. 햇살을 반사하는 바다가 아름다웠다. 고객을 대하는 태도만큼은 일본답게 매우 친절했다.
