I sincerely apologize for any disappointment regarding the benefits. Upon checking the room, we have changed your accommodation from the Japanese-style room on the mountain side to the sea view superior twin room, which was renovated in 2024, but I am truly sorry that we could not meet your expectations. I will take each of your concerns seriously and strive to improve. I would be grateful if you could consider staying with us again despite this experience. We look forward to welcoming you back.
