Dear Tami, I want to take a moment to apologize on behalf of my team for your recent visit not meeting your expectations. It was very disappointing to read your comments and I would like to assure you this is not our standard level of service. We pride ourselves in exceeding our guest’s expectations and clearly you left unhappy. Although your recollection expressed in your review does not align with what the camera's footage, lock interrogations, and the interviews with the authorized team members (our HEARTIST) concluded, I understand your disappointment and I am truly sorry that your overall stay was negatively impacted. Incidents such as yours are very few and far in-between, but when a guest brings a concern to our attention, we do have a Manager on Duty at all times and a standard procedure in place. We enacted our investigation immediately. I was sorry to learn that you felt we did not take your concern seriously. I'd like to assure you we did complete a thorough investigation and from the evidence, we believe that the missing necklace was not removed by one of our HEARTISTS. There are several reasons for us to believe our team members. for example: Only authorized HEARTISTS entered your room during your stay, each being a valued member with a long history of employment. Each member had a purpose and once finished, left the room as normal. We do not see any authorized (or non authorized) HEARTIST returning to your room on camera or when reviewing the lock interrogation report to allegedly return the missing item as you noted. The HEARTIST interviewed all denied the accusations and there are no previous concerns that would lead us to believe that one of them removed the necklace, acid tested it during work hours, and then took a risk on returning it damaged and getting caught on camera or using their assigned key and it being recorded on the lock interrogation. I know you do not agree with our conclusion, but do hope you understand our position. I absolutely agree with you and appreciate your comments regarding the in room safe. We highly recommend that all small valuables such as wallets, money, passports, id's, documents, or jewelry be secured in the in room safe when guest leave the room. This helps ensure that other members staying in room don't accidently pick up the items (which does happen more often than you'd think) or repack items such as jewelry and forgetting to mention to their travel mate (spouse, partner, kids) where the item is being stored. It also would prevent any accusations that a HEARTIST removed an item from a guest room. Once again Tami, I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience your experienced and for not meeting your expectations. I can assure you this is an isolated incident and that you can count on my team to do their best to make all future stays enjoyable. It is only through our guest personal experience that we can see our strengths and those areas that may need more direct attention. Please accept our apologies for the wi fi concerns you expressed during your stay. Our tech team does take wi fi challenges very seriously and we do have a standard "testing" protocol and repair plan in operation. Although we can't always be sure why there are wi fi challenges (security settings, company restrictions), our goal is to always assist. In addition, we do have a 24/7 service with the tech team to help that can resolve any connection problems when they occur. I'm sorry that service was not offered to you during your stay. We have reviewed your concerns with our front desk team so that we can better assist you and future guests. I'm delighted to read that your overall stay was enjoyable.
