Very good room stay with friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful. Can’t wait for all the facilities to be open. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff also gave fruits on my first day of arrival. Overall a good stay in dalat and a good break from the city

My family stayed in a family room, and the interior and garden were so pretty. It was close to the Dalat train station and not too far from the city center, so it was easy to access. On the last day before check-out, I wanted to have dinner near the hotel, Our family was so touched that Mr. Hiep, who helped us check in, drove us to the restaurant. Thanks to him, we had a better travel memory.

This is a beautiful property located just outside the city centre. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The grounds are sprawling with beautifully manicured gardens. The staff are friendly. We received special assistance from Dao and Hoang Thien who went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They recommended places to eat and arranged a tour for us. Thien even found a Chinese medicine clinic for us. They both speak good English and are genuinely helpful. We leave Da Lat with fond memories enhanced by these two individuals.

No gym no swimming pools

The hotel's vibe is like a French chateau surrounded by beautiful rose gardens. We stayed in a family room with a bunk bed, but we still got charged for the 3rd pax. The room is spacious yet functional. Overall it gives a homey feeling. The downside is no gym or swimming pools

Outstanding stay

From check in to check out and everything in-between was first class. Loved the golf cart shuttle to room. Room was clean large ground floor with twin beds as I had my grandson. The afternoon tea was plentiful and had to have a very late dinner in the restaurant (which was great) as afternoon tea was so plentiful. The restaurant for buffet breakfast was enormous loved the champagne - I had half with Orange juice. So many choices of hot and cold food. We had dinner each night in the restaurant and I must commend the staff and food. I had lost my EarPods from the plane to hotel and the concierge contacted all the places to check if found - thank you. I will be returning next time with my husband and again with my grandson - both occasions in 2026.
