Exceptional front desk crew, especially Alyssa & Emily. The hotel has a great location.it is only blocks from Michigan Avenue and other enticing shopping areas. The rooms were very clean & the restaurant was not disappointing. The cocktails were quite good.

Fatima was excellent during our very very late/early morning check in. After a long night of flight delays, when we finally arrived at the hotel Fatima was there w/ a friendly smile & exceptional customer service. She got us up to our rooms quickly, yet was not rushing us off & still was able to get us briefed on the exhibits throughout the hotel & any amenities we might need/want. The staff has been wonderful since & our teenage daughters have even enjoyed the gallery & the playful ambiance in the hotel. They especially have been enthralled by the cute green penguins dotted around. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the hotel is clean & well kept. I personally have enjoyed the arts displays in the hallways & galleries. The location is in a perfect neighborhood to get to so many things & is easily walkable/has easy access to transportation. We will most definitely return to stay here again and look forward to whatever new exhibit is on display at that time.

Alyssa was great!! Our flight was delayed and would not have got to the hotel till around 2am. I called to let the hotel know. She made sure to keep the booking and add all the necessary info into the notes for the front desk team. Great service!!

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. Our flight got in at 6am and Fatima at the front desk was able to check us in early which was wonderful for weary travelers. She was pleasant, thorough and managed to upgrade our room! The hotel is also gorgeous inside and the exhibits are very cool.

Happy 36th birthday to my wife!!!

Alyssa and Jervonte were AMAZING!!!!! We’re from Cleveland Ohio, and we’re so overwhelmed just finding the hotel! Once we checked in, they were both so warm and welcoming! Their professionalism and customer care was top tier! I was finally able to beltway after that 5.5 hr drive!!!!! Five stars for the both of them!!!! They are true gems to this establishment 🩷
