Saya antara orang bertuah apabila secara tidak sengaja tertinggal sebuah bag dan bekas air semasa checkout. Kebetulan saya perasan kehilangan tersebut ketika memandu ke selatan. Request untuk decoration birthday, mula2 call customet srvice then they send email untuk details pakej dan bayaran.. saya dah reply pakej apa dan send resit bayaran sekali, sangat mengecewakan bila check in nothing happen.. saya datang jauh dari Selangor dan book bilik yang mahal bagi saya hampir 400, tapi tak dapat apa yang saya nak. Bila tanya mula2 dorang kata saya tak reply??? Saya tunjuk la email saya reply siap tunjuk resit, tiba2 dorang kata tak terima any email dari saya?? Aikk?? Saya tunjuk lagi email, kalau tak terima email saya, macam mana dorang boleh sent gambar decoration pulak?? Lagi menyedihkan, TIADA KATA MAAF ye dari dorang... dorang nak refund, but its not about refund tau, imagine datang dari jauh, ambil cuti 2 hari, bayar mahal dengan harapan boleh buat suprise for my husband, hujung2 kecewa.. nak refund pulak macam2 syarat, kejap minta itu, tiba2 orang lain pulak whatsapp minta benda lain.. SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN!!!!
