My fiancée and I had a wonderful time visiting the Mövenpick Resort. We were well taken care of Mahmoud & Kamram from the pool bar. Service was very friendly, attentive and courteous. We had a great time by the pool, enjoyed some beverages and a pizza. Lovely spot to also enjoy sunset. Thank you.

The spa was an amazing experience. Ahmad was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. The atmosphere was perfect and very relaxing. The location is ideal, and everything was exceptionally clean.

The Spa was very nice, and clean. We really enjoyed it. Ahmed was very friendly and helpful. The same applies to masseuses too, giving attention to the customer. The spa is part of Movenpick which is by far the best hotel in Aswan and offers great facilities and perfect location. We're definitely coming back.

Decent view with poor service and bad food.

From a restaurant standpoint, find someplace else to eat. We weren’t terribly hungry and had dinner in the newer Movenpick restaurants’s cafe. Big mistake. The pizza tasted like cardboard because the “chefs” (I use that term loosely) decided that making something that tasted good took too much effort. The “open faced” sandwich was equally awful. The fries were good, which is something. Otherwise eating at this hotel is like flushing your money down a toilet. Don’t bother. The service in the restaurant was slow and poor.All in all, the food were underwhelming. The view from balcony in lobby was good and only thing saving this hotel from being forgettable. The hotel rooms were decent. Showers were large but grout could be better cleaned. Clearly this hotel is aspiring to be luxury but has a long way to go.
