Most slow and unhelpful desk people on the desk. They organise loud evening shows outside the rooms with lights flashing into the rooms. The place has plenty of space and the only reason to do this next to the hotel can be to deliberately annoy the guests.

The location of the hotel is great, 25 minutes from the airport. The first impression is breathtaking, after opening the gate 300m driveway to the reception. Upon arrival at the reception, we were immediately seated and offered fresh doom juice. Guest relations arranged the entire check-in for us with a nice speach about hotel facilities thanks Tisir

From the moment we arrived we experienced the 'above and beyond' service I know from friends bellservice , took our bags and brought us to the reception desk, past a stunning display of dresses in the lobby. We had a very warm welcome by Tsir and her smile 😃 team at the front desk who knew we had been to winter palace prior to coming into movenpick and enquired as to how our day there was they well organized our stay with our tiny references
