Выбирали между Редиссон и Мевенпик, при прочих равных взяли из-за детских горок. Сегодня мы здесь 8й день. Уже накипело. Категорически не рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. При всех его плюсах, есть жирные минусы, которые перекрывают все хорошее моментом. Про мелкие даже писать не буду. Позавтракать спокойно можно только с 6 до 6:30 утра, далее в какое время вы бы не пришли, у вас будет табличка busy hour , которая не соответствует реальности. Очереди в зал от 20 минут. Это ужас. Вчера нас отвели в балл-рум, где,оказывается, тоже сервируют завтрак, так как мест нет. Напоминает «пансионат Светлана». Куча людей загнаннных в зал. Ноль комфорта, сервиса, про эстетику молчу. Даже в общем зале после очереди такой шум и гам, столько народа, что кайфануть от завтрака у вас точно не выйдет. На ужин вы не сядете без брони. Но сегодня добил еще и ланч! Я не могу тут позавтракать, пообедать и поужинать! Пришла к 13 в ресторан. Мест нет. Просто их нет. Альтернатив тоже. Сижу у бара и жду еду в номер. Караул, это отпуск в 5 звездах. Отвратительный сервис!! Больше не ногой.
