We were in a 2 bedroom apartment. Second bedroom had no window or ventilation. TV wasn't "smart" so very limited viewing, especially as election week & we're not Australian. There was no information provided in the room & we had to ask for extra towels. Spa pool was very heavily chlorinated which discoloured togs & tarnished jewellery. The apartment was a bit tired BUT spotlessly clean & well laid out with working appliances. Perfect position for us with a lovely view and short stairs to pool & road / beach access. We had a super break

We have been here quite a few times because we can get an apartment with its own jacuzzi but this is by far the worst experience. The unit (no 67) was tired with a lumpy bed which had a huge chasm at its centre which didn’t do our backs any good. The tv remote didn’t work and the jacuzzi temperature was like a tepid bath. We were only given one towel each for the 4 days and I had to ask for extra towels from reception- a request that was ignored along with asking for help with tv remote and jacuzzi. I managed to pounce on one of the cleaning staff for extra towels. Why wouldn’t you provide additional towels for these apartments with jacuzzis! The reception was also blocked off due to construction and the instructions on the lift didn’t help. I found myself in the car park trying to find alternative signage that the sign alleged. A phone call to after hours not much better. For the privacy we paid I expected much better. The only plus side was the revamped pool and the sauna was actually opened this time.

Big hotel of 3 towers. We were allocated in the Boardwalk building. Room was good size with all amenities- although I would not recommend this room / building for mobility impaired/ elderly due to the set up of the bathroom access. Location was great and we had a small view even though we were not waterfront rooms. I would stay again if I could get the room at a very good price

Booked apartment with rooftop spa got phone call morning to arrival saying air conditioner not working in our apartment so they gave us another apartment next door to use with air conditioner working and keys to other apartment so we could use rooftop how good was that. All the staff at check in and check out were great. Resort close to everything apartment clean can not complain about anything even got late check out were will definitely be back thanks again for great weekend

The unit was average. Bed was very uncomfortable due to its age. Spa was dirty and there was no cutting board which made snack preparation difficult. Location was very good. The booking experience was not good. Before we arrived we had booked an additional night. We then rang before we left to check on a matter and found out that we weren’t actually booked in for the additional night. We then booked it again and then our keys for the unit would not work after the original booking time had passed. The staff need to keep better booking records. No opportunity for refunds due to change of circumstances is very restrictive.
