Parte excelente: Localização sensacional para quem precisa estar próximo ao Ribeirão Shopping e à rodovia SP-322. Atente-se para o trânsito pesado em direção à rodovia nos horários de pico, mas certamente não é culpa do hotel. Parte boa: Quarto confortável, ar-condicionado funcionando bem, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro com ótima pressão e bom aquecimento. Café-da-manhã incluso na diária de boa qualidade, com variedade boa de itens. Estacionamento incluso na diária é amplo e sem dificuldades para estacionar, exceto por um porém descrito abaixo. Parte ok: TV com uma mixaria de canais, mas pelo menos tem uns 5 canais da TV fechada. Lembro-me claramente de CNN, Home & Health e algo infantil, se não me engano Discovery Kids. Quebra o galho, mas poderia ter mais opções. Parte ruim: Frigobar vazio, tem que ir buscar pessoalmente as coisas no bar da recepção, e aí você será informado que precisa tomar água em lata (isso mesmo, não existem garrafas de água). E não vão te avisar que custa R$ 8,00 (isso mesmo, oito reais uma lata de 350ml de água sem gás em setembro de 2024). Mas não reclamam se você comprar água fora e entrar com as garrafas para colocar no frigobar. Parte péssima: Tendo um carro elétrico, fiquei animado quando vi que havia ponto de recarga de cortesia no estacionamento. Mas o único wallbox estava bloqueado por uma moto. Perguntei na recepção, e a atendente disse que era dela mesma a moto e que até poderia tirar dali para eu tentar, mas que provavelmente estava quebrado! Dado meu estranhamento, ela explicou que é normal o wallbox quebrar e a recepção nunca ficar sabendo se já houve conserto! Pedi para ela tirar a moto mesmo assim pois iria voltar com o carro em duas horas e tentar usar. Quando voltei, a moto ainda estava lá bloqueando e a funcionária tinha saído à pé, ninguém sabia exatamente para onde, muito menos até que horas! Resultado: Não tive cortesia nenhuma e não pude carregar meu carro no hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are big and clean, the tv is good, the clerks are nice. The locations is very good. The hotel is very close to a very good shopping center. The neighbourhood is very beautiful.

Stayed to attend a wedding which happened near this hotel. The air conditioning never worked, it was a hot day, which most of the days in Ribeirao are. Wi-fi has a very weak sign, few parking spots, one night arrived late and there were no spots available, parked on the street. No help with your luggage, you get the cart load your bags and do it self service. Breakfast has very few options, and if you arrive near the end, some items will be missing. Mini bar items are overpriced
