皆さんの細やかな接客が素晴らしく、お部屋も綺麗で掃除が行き届いており、使いやすかったです。 特にベルのジョンさんは長年働かれているそうで、ホテルの歴史や館内の案内など細かく教えてくださり、とても心温まるサービスでした。 GMからのメッセージやチョコレートがあり、とても迎えてもらえた気持ちになりました。日本人にはバスタブやスリッパ、緑茶があるのはとても嬉しく、心地が良い滞在となりました

旧ハイアットリージェンシーからリノベーション後、 フェアモントセンチュリープラザになってから 昨年は一般のフェアモントに宿泊して、 今年はフェアモントゴールドに宿泊しましたが 大変すばらしかったです。 ラウンジもリージェンシークラブの倍の広さはあって落ち着きがありました。 空港からもダウンタウンからも程よい距離で治安もよく好立地です。 宿泊中に足りないものは隣のショッピングモールかラルフで手に入ります。 お風呂もホースシャワーで入浴しやすかったです。 できれば個人で購入してきたものも入れられる冷蔵庫や ラウンジの冷蔵庫も、かつてのリージェンシークラブのような大き目なものにして、 もっと多種類のフリードリンクや、 ジャムや、ヨーグルト、牛乳があればよかったと思う。 以上は無くても十分に他のサービスで補えてると思いますが。 来年もゴールドに泊まりたいと思います。 今年はイベントを調べずに来てしまったので 初日はロサンゼルスマラソンのためホテル前までタクシーが入れず 数日後には怪しげなデモ隊がホテル前を封鎖して車はいれず、 そしてＧＡＬＡのイベント当日はもっと多いデモ隊で封鎖され車入れず いつもは９月に そして前回は4月に訪米で何もイベントがありませんでしたが、 次回はイベントをしっかり調べてからＬＡにきたいです。 地下鉄ができたらわかりませんが 治安は最高です。
