At the outset my heartfelt gratitude on behalf of my mother and my personal behalf for one of the best stays we had in many years hitherto. From Checking-In to Checking-Out, I would and realistically so will rate your fine hotel and more so your UPBEAT TEAM 15/10. I tried punching the 10 button on your email, but somehow it was inactive. They don't have courtesy to even inform the guest about the charges, without any information they share the bill to us and also add the service tax which is not applicable even we asked them to remove the service tax on food and beverage they denied. Really we had a worst experience with Grand Mercure Gift City Gandhinagar Ahmedabad. The managers come to meet and greet but have zero knowledge how to behave with the guests. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO VISIT HERE AT GRAND MERCURE AHMEDABAD GANDHINAGAR GIFT CITY.
