We would like to apologize for the long wait for your extra pillow. There were many guests at the reception and bar that day, which is why we were unable to fulfill your request immediately. As passionate hotel staff, it is not a problem for us to take on multiple roles at once, but sometimes the volume of guests causes us to stumble.
