We had a truly lovely long-weekend stay at Fairmont Miramar Hotel as a family of three, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the start, the team was incredibly thoughtful. We were grateful for the upgrade and late check-out, which made the stay feel relaxed and unhurried. When we arrived, the pull-out sofa was already made up for our five-year-old — a small detail, but one that made settling in immediately easy after a travel day. The welcome amenities were also a very nice touch. Breakfast at FIG was a highlight each morning. On our last day, we even had my brother (a Santa Monica local) join us with his family, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed it. Overall, the service felt warm, personal, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. We felt very well taken care of and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I had a lovely time at Fairmont Miramar. I attended a community event that they host in December. The hotel is at such a beautiful spot on the bluffs overlooking the ocean. Beautifully decorated with a tree and a ginger bread house which smelled amazing. Everything was perfectly manicured and maintained in their outdoor area. You can tell the staff truly do care about the property and their guest. Even though I wasnt staying there Kristijan and Matthew on the Valet Team were amazing. They brought my car around quick and helped me load up my car with all my stuff. I felt truly accommodated!

This was our first time coming to LA . Have to say Out standing customer service beautiful amenities!! Out standing cocktails and food in lobby, Weather was perfect! Close to everything with in walking distance.. the grounds nice and cozy and Safe!! .. Rooms nice and clean and fresh. Balcony off your room facing the pier was perfect for sunsets and nice early morning coffee out your room. Nice and quiet .To enjoy a conversation on balcony. . I had 2 rooms for our family and the value was right in my budget, plus the location. Was absolutely perfect!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience had everything there . Thank you for having us !! We will make this location a MUST Return!! And we can’t wait to come back and enjoy all that we missed . Also I have to Honorary mention the guys out at the front .. Matthew , Adan, Antonio for there outstanding help with our bags and hot spots on where to go !! And Matthew for his knowledge and guidance on key locations to go and check out as well the whole staff was great from moment of check in to when we left!!

The Fairmount Miramar Santa Monica is a superbly managed facility. The grounds are gorgeous with a beautiful garden and lovely sitting areas overlooking the ocean. The pool and sauna and steam facilities are great. The food in the restaurants is very high-quality and the lobby has a very fun vibe in the evening. But what makes this Hotel stand out is how well managed it is. In the last month I have stayed at several properties in Europe run by the various highest Hotel companies and they didn’t approach anywhere near this level of service. Everything went smoothly from the valet service, to the waiters ,to the house cleaning, to front guest check in. It really shows a strong attention to detail and management skills from the top down. An absolutely wonderful hotel!
