Avoid this hotel and don’t waste the extra money on the suites.

Do not stay, we booked a suite and paid 280 for one night. Would never stay here again. No hangers in wardrobe, sofa had brown stains all over it, carpet had stains all over it too. Bathroom had mould around the bath. When we asked for hangers they said they’d put them in the room, but they never. Luckily we only stayed one night, Honestly avoid!!!!

The hotel was amazing got a free upgrade. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was so nice. Staff are brilliant. We will definitely come back. This was our first time coming and it didn’t disappoint. It was beautiful decorated for Christmas. It close to the docks and not far from the city centre

We always come here twice a year, it is such a nice hotel in a great location for getting around Liverpool! The rooms have great views on the 10th floor overlooking the cruise terminal, liver building etc, with everything you need inside. Air conditioning or heater, fridge, iron, hairdryer, tea & coffee facilities. In the morning you get the most scrumptious breakfast! Keep up the good work Mercure, till next time!

Recently visited this hotel for a Xmas party Olivia and teneisha we’re really helpful organising everything for us We had so much fun really enjoyed ourselves Actually met Olivia on the night and she was lovely and helpful Will definitely be returning

Can’t fault this hotel room was clean tidy excellent view of the Liver buildings and river And the bar restaurant was very good one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and my partner had the prawn dish and bruschetta great portion size and excellent service from Andrew &Scott will definitely return here
