Es la primera vez que en un país asiático, un hotel de esta categoría no ofrece botella de agua gratis en la habitación. El calentador de agua no funciona, pero es que además no es un boiler, necesario para que el agua pueda pasar del punto de ebullición y ser segura para su consumo en te o café. Las máquinas dispensadoras de bebidas en el hall solo funcionan con moneda local, ni billetes locales ni tarjeta lo que dificulta a las personas extranjeras que llegan por primera vez al país y no tienen cambio. No hay cargador usb ni usb-C para cargar

Of course, much better than Fairfield from Marriot at Kuala Besut. Ibis Styles is as well better than Ibis. Hotel is one of the newest at Kota Bharu, and yes, design and building are great. Just some fine improvements, knowing your chain, staff it s not so familiar with small details, like welcome beveragers for guest with higher tiers. Going green, I like Accord brands as.are going green hotels, good for enviroment. But some items just don t work. The new water fountain, had to ask twice how it works. And has not cold water, just temperatute water, 30 degrees. Good to have signs that reminds to turn off aircon at the room when out. But hotel lobby temperature during day time - not night - was ( I bet ) below 20 degrees. 24 degrees would have been enough. Room insulation very good. Family rooms, door between rooms ( other guest ) noise was significant and space underneath door was significant.
