Just like to thank manek and his team for going the extra mile for helping my wife gluten free options for breakfast and dinner while we stayed one night. All the staff were amazing and friendly and the food was delicious and freshly cooked. thank you

We only stayed here for a night as part of a group tour, and it was a nice and comfortable stay. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good as well, so there were no complaints. We found it great. The room was having all the necessities like refrigerator, fans, dishes, dishwasher etc.

Awful hotel - avoid. Sofa bed, wifi doesn’t work, rude manager, grotty hotel. Do not stay here. Hôtel horrible - à éviter. Canapé-lit. gestionnaire impoli. moche. Ne restez pas ici ! Rooms are shabby and run down. Depressing place with poor ventilation and terrible customer service.

When we came for the breakfast, all tables were durty, not cleaned ans !!! the buffet was totally empty ! only 3 pieces of bread. The poor joung lady at the front desk was alone to repare the big mess for this very very poor breakfast Asa member Accor since a long time, it was just an unforgettable experience

The staff just opens the room, not safe for women specially

I am Staying here tonight (23rd July) as a part of star tours tour package. The staff just opens my door (while I was changing) and I freak out. Had the worst 2 seconds of my life. The door can be opened from outside. There is no safety lock inside. NOT SAFE FOR SOLO WOMEN PASSENGERS. The person who opened my door is Mathew. The wanted to change my room, but after a heavy day, checking out tomorrow morning, didn’t have the energy to do that. Unreliable and unsafe - AVOID
