A relaxing thai massage with K.Bow in a good ambience spa. Good vibes all over the place. Full of activities for children. Very polite and friendly staffs. Meals were also excellent. A very impressive get away here. Will definitely come back again.

The cleanliness of the room is adequate. The bathroom design is strange, and when taking a shower, water splashes all over the room. Outside the room, there is a housekeeping trolley blocking the way, which looks unsightly. It stays there from the afternoon until evening, and I had to call to have it removed, but it was still not properly stored. I've never seen a hotel like this. The breakfast is varied, and the taste is acceptable. The staff are all friendly and eager to serve with smiles. I highly recommend the massage (by P’ Tuk).

Enjoyed a wonderful massage at SO/Sofitel Hau Hin. Had a Deep tissue massage with Therapists Wan. Should had great technique and would throughly enjoyed. My partner had a Balinese massage with therapist Bow. Also had a great experience. Service was exceptional and would highly recommend if you are here on vocation.

good location to have a good time with family hotel have many activities for kids and family. The mini-golf area is charming and very enjoyable. We stayed in a room with pool access, which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the minibar could offer more options. The kids’ club is the best we’ve ever visited! The staff, especially Khun J, was incredibly friendly and kind. My children loved playing with her and she also can talk german that my kid have very good feeling with Khun J. The restaurant all of staff are very friendly and super service mind, food test very good. Spa also one of thing you must to try I had massage with Mrs. Beer that was very comfortable and very relaxing. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for families.

A relaxing experience. Therapist Bow is very polite and experienced. I wish there was more space to place belongings in the shower room. The facility is nice and atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Steam room probably had too much steam. Overall great experience.
