The worst hotel we ever visited when it comes to service. Nobody speaks english so it's almost impossible to communicate. The waiters and the receptionists never smile, and they are very inattentive. We waited forever for the food,and we experienced to be served raw chicken. They have candlesticks on the tables, but they never light it. We had to ask for a lighter in the evening to light them up. They close the restaurant for orders for food and drinks at 21 o'clock. The only persons who actually smiled and said hello were the maids. The employees talk very obviously about the guests behind their back. We have acted very polite and we didn't complain because we are polite people. The employees at this hotel are not.

The hotel is out of town. The room clean but The bathroom needs renovation. The breakfasts are ok. But the restaurant is worse. The waitresses are uninformed, know nothing about food and drink, they are unprofessional. Nobody wears covid face- masks, not even the waitresses.

Shiny, new, spacious and very clean rooms. This hotel is joined to water park and you'll get a complimentary 1h of free access. Good breakfast, efiicient and courteous service. Good value for money overall. Will happily stay again.

I can only recommend this hotel. Clean & nice, superb bed, quite large room for Ibis. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is joined to water-park which was free for 1hr as a part of a stay. Great value!!

We've stayed there for the third time as we like the secure parking. Rooms are still new and clean, bed comfortable and overall quiet hotel. However, for four nights we were there our bed wasn't touched once by the maid and the dirty cups and glasses were left on the counter every time. When I asked reception about their housekeeping policy the young girl said that this should be done daily. Well, it wasn't. The reception staff clearly wants to be left alone and they never smile or acknowledge you when you pass them by. Breakfast is basic but adequate. However, the English translation of the dishes and it's spelling is embarrassing. You would think that in the age of the internet describing pate as a pie wouldn't happen. Still, for the price they charge it is a decent basic hotel, and if you can forgive provincial behavior of the staff and lack of daily housekeeping and instead just think comfy bed, convenient parking and access to pool you'll be happy to stay there.
