After an initial hick up on the day of arrival, it was an excellent stay. Stayed for a week and experienced top notch hospitality from the entire team. Special thanks to Priyam and Chiranjit for the daily pampering. The breakfast spread was very good and I enjoyed it everyday. The bar is good as well and well stocked, but the drought beer is excellent. I have some dissatisfaction with the in room dining as the plates were never cleared on all 3 occasions that I've used the services. Overall it was a great stay. Thanks to the entire team of Ibis Kolkata and Ms. Amita Mishra

Sugar free given to my kid without our approval

We went for dinner to ibis Kolkata, India today and also ordered three fresh lime soda. We kept comparing that it wasn’t sweet and then we found that all were made of sugar free sachets without our approval. The bar tender when asked by me said that they make all using sugar free only. Even though they knew that our kid was with us they gave her a drink made with sugar free which has proved to be very harmful for kids. Even the sachets say that it shouldn’t be given to kids. What was surprising is that it was given to my kid without our approval. What was even more amazing to see is that your floor manager Mr. Mridul refused to accept that this was a mistake. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable and we as regular to all hotels in India have never ever faced such a mistake and arrogance on top of the mistake made. Thanks, Rahul Jain

The hotel is located a short 20-25 min drive form airpot good hotel and excellent staff..my experience was saying my room also good hygiene and maintaining for special thanx SAYAN for housekeeping his get very good feel and comfortable for staying thanku ...

Had a amazing stay. Special thanks to Housekeeping team, Mr. Chiranjit and Mr. Priyam for making my stay comfortable and involving themselves in person for ensuring good habitability in living space. Need a bit more attention in improving food menu. Bhai breakfast me MoMo kaun khata hai.......
