The food quality was very bad, there was no simpler way to put this. Most of the items were stale and reused multiple times in the buffet.

Everything was as per the ibis standard. Clean rooms, high tech, and very very vibrant. One of the best shower experience ever, the shower head has a mist feature which makes you feel like you're standing next to a waterfall. The food was a hit and miss. I loved some items, others, not exactly my palette, but the stuff I liked was legendary, especially the Punjabi dal and the ravioli. Priya and Suvendu, you guys are real rockstars of the lounge. Especially Priya, every time I looked up, she was there for all my incessant requests. This was my first stay at this hotel and I look forward to coming here again. Oooh, did I mention there's an all round gym as well!!!

Houskeeping laundry service and food is really good and staff are really helful and maintainace is also good............

Really nice hotel staff are really good, nice service, good food and i like to recommend this to every visiting kolkata with family and friends. House keeping service was really good well maintenance. Pravash is really good I had interacted with him. ............................

Mr.Rajesh from the front office was very helpful and polite, smooth check in on arrival. Mr. Chiranjit from housekeeping was very attentive and helpful. The clean room and good food with polite staff is the best combination. Recommend to stay in IBIS Kolkata.
