Friendly reception with smooth check in. Our event was very successful with great team work from the banquet and restaurant team. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with great amenities and wifi. Our event hall and meeting rooms are very modern with great equipment available. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner with great food selections. Overall, the service and hotel maintenance are beyond our expectations! The wellness and leisure are great with gym abd spacious swimming pool.

Such a great hotel near to little india, jonker street and all historical place. You can go by walk. Very near if you like to walk. Nice hospitality from reservation team, hazwan meanwhile from restaurant team “ precious ann “ and lastly from housekeeping team subash to clean my room. Thank you all. From front desk team, thank you for give me late c/out at 1 pm .

Cozy hotel with modern vibes! Love the hotel paintings and design. Warm greeting from the front desk and check in was very efficient and friendly. Nice clean rooms with great amenities and spotless clean bathroom. Enjoyed the hot shower. Quality sleep. The breakfast is decent for an ibis with good varieties. Excellent restaurant and bar service. Overall, great hotel cleanliness and maintenance. Will come back again.

Always our favourite choice to stay in Malacca. Great consistency on their rooms quality especially on their rooms cleanliness and amenities! They good quality is always at the top and we enjoyed the pizza and bar promotion - bale for money. Hotel air ventilation and air conditioning is very well maintained.
