Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a perfect location, just by the Palazzo della Pilotta and not far from the station and cathedral. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Room was well sized and very comfortable, quiet, well appointed, nice bathroom. Would recommend, and we look forward to our next stay.

Great location, very walkable from the train station. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Staff was so-so, they weren't as friendly here as other places we had stayed in Italy. Breakfast staff was very helpful though. The room was ok, small and functional. the bed was odd and low to the ground, but it was very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

Nice rooms however wifi was rubbish, would not work kept logging me out and when logged on didn’t work. Reception staff unfriendly, ignored us. Not usual Italy! Breakfast staff seemed nice I wouldn’t stay here again. Bathroom tiny and water literally dripped out of nossle. Please train your staff to have some social skills and learn how to be a little more welcoming.

The hotel is centrally located and we had a fantastic view of old Town. The staff were friendly when our TV didn't work they changed us rooms ASAP. The baggage storage was safe and easy. The hotel needs a make over. It looks worn but is clean and comfortable.

Good location. Parking next door. That’s probably all. Very tired rooms. Seems that you are back into 80’s-90’s of the XX century - old furniture, old dirty curtains, old windows with minimal soundproofing, walls painted in different colours. Basic breakfast. Staff Ok but without any willingness to help.
