Dear Guest Thank you for evaluating your hosting with us. We are sorry that your experience was not that special because of the situations mentioned. Regarding the telephone calls, it may be some mistake of some other guest trying to communicate with another apartment. But about your key we are very sorry that it did not work correctly and we apologize if the woman could not help you in the corridor, by security measures the maids can not open the doors, being necessary to move to the reception to revalidate the key. We hope you come back. Sincerely
