当天晚上8点办理入住，我们一行人4大2小，小孩也就6岁和9岁，订的是双卧室别墅，也没要求加床，却被一白人女前台（胖的卷毛）故意阻挠！说由于我预订的时候没选小孩，所以出于消防安全的理由，强行必须让我多订一间，才给我们住！由于时间太晚了，又身在国外，跟平台沟通也需要时间，又是大年初二，到住进房间已经晚上十点了！但前提是：这个酒店本来就是17岁以下小孩免费住、免费早餐的！却因为我订的时候没选小孩，强行要我多订一间房！订完后也不管了，还是可以让孩子跟大人住原来的两卧室别墅！我就这样白白浪费了一间房的房费！这明明就是欺负中国游客吧！恶心到死！还有更恶心的是，在跟平台沟通的过程中，那白人女前台走开了，我按她要求再订了一个房间，然后正打算重新办入住，是另外一位白人男前台接待，他并没提出两个小孩要多订一个房的要求，这时女白人回来了，她马上跑过来接过我的办理，一再重申问我多订好一间房没，后来知道我多订了一间，她就露出胜利的笑容！然后更恶心的又来了！这个是一个度假酒店，房间都是独立别墅，当时大晚上的去到房间是需要坐电瓶小车的！那女白人前台故意不说也不问！等我们拖着大大小小行李走出大堂，发现外面漆黑一片根本没法走路找到住处，只能再次回到前台跟她提出要坐电瓶车，她又一次露出胜利的笑容！感觉就把我们当猴耍！！
