Everything was good! Delicious food.. Nice pillow and bolster 😄 strategic location and good playground! My children love it. Most of the staff were nice and kind. I have no more words to say. Why should 200 character minimum for reviewing? Thank you

A very splendid stay! We’ve had a great time as a family with 2 toddlers. The room was spacious and the pool is kids friendly. Would definitely be back. Very suitable for children since it has playground and kids pool that can be accessed anytime

The room was cozy, also breakfast very taste... Keep it please... Bravo.. In this hotel you will be able to stay comfortable... Beside, the locations waa strategic near some market, and Losari beach, also the Ford Rotterdam. Hope you enjoy the hotel

A relaxing stay

We always receive a friendly welcome from security and front desk staff. Check in is easy. The room was upgraded to a Junior Suite which we appreciate giving us that extra space. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a contempory style which we find very relaxing and always spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained which is credit to housekeeping and maintenance. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of asian and western hot and cold foods. eggs cooked to order etc. and great tasting coffee. A special thank you to Nur who is always a pleasure to chat with and a great Ambassador for the hotel, and Accor. Also to the security staff, especially Ashabul who are always so welcoming and offer assistance if needed. We always enjoy our stay there and will be back soon

First impression, fast and easy check in. Friendly customer service from mas fahril and mba reka... Suka skli dengan breakfast nya.. ad Coto nya, kamarnya bersih dan feel comfy.. the view was fantastic from my room.. really Made my stay A wonderful experience.
